Shifting the ERP's AI features from Gemini to Sarvam AI, an Indian model provider built for Indian languages, so the AI dependence sits with an Indian stack.
Chose Zoho Catalyst over Vercel for Indian hosting. The migration runs module by module on a frozen sheet schema, so every step can be rolled back. Window-gated modules move only while their window is shut; exam modules only between exam cycles.
Apps Script stops any run at six minutes. Long jobs such as elective scheduling, consolidated attendance and marksheet batches run as resumable two-step jobs, with a caching layer in front of Sheets.
